Beds were a bit hard.

The hotel was well-kept and well-maintained with helpful staff. the room provided great value for money, including practical amenities like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge.

Extremely polite staff, the rooms are tastefully decorated and neat.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with another couple. Lots of room ! Clean amenities - everything that you could really need - suitable for a long stay. Towels and furnishings were a bit tired looking - but so nice to be able to open a window for fresh air - not relying on aircon for ventilation.

Very disappointed that room service / restaurant wasn't available on the Sat night - we did not need to go out until late, the hotel is located more than walking distance from eats areas, & we were looking forward to dining off the great room service menu. When we followed up with staff - they gave us two phone numbers to call dinner in - pizza 1 ( a chain pizza line) & pizza 2 ( boutique shop - who advised us they wouldn't deliver as they were too busy & we were located too far from their shop.) Disappointing - would have been easier if we were advised of this when we checked in. The in-room info did state it, but naturally, we hadn't looked there !! The shower had fluctuating hot/cold water. Very noisy from road traffic during the night.

This place is clean, the staff is incredibly accommodating, and it boasts a fantastic location with on-site parking.

Lovely rooms

One bedroom of our 2 bedroom apartment was very hot, while the other very cold. The cold bedroom had only a blanket and sheet while the hot room had a much warmer dooner.

Incredibly large bed in the apartment, plus a lounge area, a sofa set, and a safe box. Delightful décor in the rooms, good-sized bathroom. Easy, comfortable location near to Parks and Lake as well as bus and tram lines: D

Spacious and lovely rooms with everything you need. Check-in staff are nice, and you can leave late. 🌟

By the time I stay at this hotel, there a construction on back building and its was noisy early in the morning, I think the window are to thin and the noise come thru more than supposed.

Clean hotel, especially helpful staff in the lovely staff member. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated rooms and great-sized bath. Nice view and a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. Handy location, walking distance to all the sights, such as a chapel and a movie theater. Walking distance to the main shopping center and shopping centers across the street.

Conveniently located near the botanic gardens; early check-in and on-site parking available.

How pleasant the staff were. The food was fantastic. And I truly felt relaxed and safe. Thank you.

What a comfortable and handy location by tram! Based not far from the airport, Acland Street, the beach, trams, and restaurants. - Huge and tastefully decorated unit with 2 single beds.

Clean, good location, friendly staff and good in-room facilities

Nowhere on the site was it mentioned that there would be a $15 per night parking fee, this considerably increased the cost of our stay and had I been told at booking I would have thought twice.... Not impressed!
